Job
Description |
Under direct supervision and instruction
of Loan Managers to provide guidance to loan customers. Follow
instructions to help customers' to understand their financial
statuses, credit worthiness, and property evaluations to determine
the possibility of getting loans. Follow instruction to explain
the terms and conditions to customers for the types of loans
and credit options that are available. Follow instruction
to interview applicants and obtain needed information while
guiding applicants to complete their loan applications. Review
loan agreements for credit compliance, policies and regulations
according to the applicable laws, legal codes, and government
regulations. Keep abreast of latest knowledge of credit and
loan regulations. |
Qualifications: |
Bachelor of Science degree in Economics,
Finance, Management, or foreign degree equivalent and 18-month
experience as loan officer or loan counselor or in any marketing
or sales positions for selling goods and/or services. |
Work
Hours: |
Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm |
